 Ordering additional names plates for your perpetual plaque is quick and easy!

 Simply email us at CUSTOMERSERVICE@PERPETUALPLAQUES.COM (or call customer assistance at 800-889-8108). Please reference your original order information, if possible (order number, etc). This allows us to match up the material & font & size of your original order.

Just give us the new information you would like on your new plates. Since we keep your order information on file,  your new replacement plates will perfectly match  the plates on your existing plaque.

Your new name plate will be professionally produced and sent to you quickly so that you can update your perpetual plaque as soon as possible.
